The Plug and Play Sunnyvale facility offers a convenient and modern solution for accessing conference rooms through a mobile application.

This innovative approach eliminates the need for key pickups at the front desk. Users can now easily book a conference room and unlock the door directly via their smartphones.

 <li>Reservations can still be made through <a href="http://plugandplayaccelerator.com/admin/rooms">this link</a>.</li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>Sign Up
 <ul>
 <li>Utilize the same email address that was used for booking rooms.</li>
 <li>Select a password of your choice.</li>
 <li>Complete email validation.</li>
 <li>You will then be ready to receive mobile keys.</li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>Get Mobile Keys
 <ul>
 <li>Mobile keys are automatically downloaded with a confirmed reservation.</li>
 <li>The key is activated 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.</li>
 <li>The key becomes inactive once the reservation time concludes.</li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>Unlock
 <ul>
 <li>Open the app and position your phone against the lock to gain access.</li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>Share Keys
 <ul>
 <li>Keys can be shared via email, enhancing collaboration options.</li>
 </ul>
 </li>
