The Plug and Play Sunnyvale facility offers a convenient and modern solution for accessing conference rooms through a mobile application.

This innovative approach eliminates the need for key pickups at the front desk. Users can now easily book a conference room and unlock the door directly via their smartphones.

1. Book a Room
   • Reservations can still be made through this link.
2. Sign Up
   • Utilize the same email address that was used for booking rooms.
   • Select a password of your choice.
   • Complete email validation.
   • You will then be ready to receive mobile keys.
3. Get Mobile Keys
   • Mobile keys are automatically downloaded with a confirmed reservation.
   • The key is activated 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
   • The key becomes inactive once the reservation time concludes.
4. Unlock
   • Open the app and position your phone against the lock to gain access.
5. Share Keys
   • Keys can be shared via email, enhancing collaboration options.
